The key focus of this role is to supervise and coordinate activities of headend technicians, and to manage the daily operations of the headend department, which will require coordinating activities with other teams to ensure continuous business operation.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Project Management of Facility Readiness to ensure that we meet the deadline to launch new products and services.
Management of all Level 2 tickets related to customer faults to be resolved within agreed SLAs
Regular communications with CTO and other relevant teams, to notify them of any potential hazards within the Headend and Hubs are cared for in a timely manner.
Manage the daily operations within the Headend Technicians. This includes- but not limited to- status monitoring, escalating, and scheduled maintenance activity
Support, train, and motivate team members.
Work on special projects, as assigned, to help achieve the goals of the department.
Evaluate network-related issues to determine proper action to be taken and follow through to resolution.
Generate reports to analyse the depth of network-related issues to establish root cause.
Adhere to JFLs policies, including but not limited to IT Security and GDPR Policies
Ensure that all headend compliance requirements are correct and up to date
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing assigned systems in conjunction with subordinates and vendors to ensure timely and effective remedies
Technical Degree required
6-8 years relevant experience, including Level 2 engineering management
