Jurassic Fibre is rolling out pure-fibre broadband to thousands of homes and businesses across the South West.
This is a role that helps the company exploit public and privately available data to develop actionable insights that help in diverse areas such as:
- Network rollout. Help us choose and optimise our future rollout locations
- Products. Improve our products to increase revenue and delight our customers
- Sales. Measure and improve sales channel effectiveness of our sales teams
- Marketing. Understand and improve the ROI from our marketing channels
This is a senior appointment that requires working closely with the CEO and CCO to define the analytics agenda and shape the roll out of a start-up in its growth phase.
The role will report to:
Chief Commercial Officer
Define what Jurassic Fibre’s data gathering and analytics strategy will be
Use existing customer data to drive decisions around rollout timing across the South West region
Creation of dashboards covering commercial aspects of the business, including sales and marketing
Customer cohort analysis, penetration analysis over time
Forecasting of revenue and uptake
Commission primary market research, where required and manage agency relationships
Creation and operation of brand tracker (eg Qualtrics) for the company and link to ROI of marketing spend
Output and analyse data from sales funnel, customer journeys and other software systems to identify customer behaviour and attribution patterns
Responsible for report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
Define and compare different models and metrics can be used to look at Cost per Valued View (across different content sources), Quality Scoring, Impression Mapping, Comparison of positioning, Traffic Profiling, AB Spilt modelling for Conversions, Improvements to Quality Data Capture methods
Review of results to Plan and Recommend website and campaign optimisations
Responsible for delivering the Continual Service Improvements programme for marketing and sales
Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
Passionate about Digital Marketing concepts, analytics and delivery of Omni Channel strategies from the ground up
Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively at CXO and board level
Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and similar
Expert in Excel, SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau / Power Bi etc.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics (mobile), cross-channel analytics (standard and custom) for growth campaigns
Financially literate, but not necessarily an accountant
BSc in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Economics or Maths based with experience in performance analysis include web/mobile would be advantageous. Post-graduate qualification in an analytical field confers advantage
