Jurassic Fibre is rolling out pure-fibre broadband to thousands of homes and businesses across the South West.
The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Jurassic Fibre delivers on its promise to provide the best technology in a straightforward, transparent and fair way to our customers, with a unique user experience.
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution through the entire lifecycle for both business and residential customers, and works closely with engineering, operations, marketing and sales to ensure our product goals are met.

Chief Commercial Officer
Become the centre of knowledge for Jurassic Fibre’s products
Document Jurassic Fibre’s products and ensure knowledge is disseminated through the organisation
Own and keep up to date all product-related documentation, including terms and conditions, product descriptions, product specification and pricing
Train the sales, marketing, NOC and service delivery teams on new product developments and ensure consistency of product knowledge across the organisation
Find gaps in the product set and develop practical solutions to improve them
Own the “Barriers To Sale” agenda within Jurassic. Prioritise product developments that bring more customers to Jurassic Fibre and bring them successfully to market
Write descriptive functional requirements for improvements to systems and processes, including the full set of requirements for Jurassic Fibre’s upcoming business products.
Develop the relationships with Jurassic Fibre partners, such as resellers, dealers and marketing agencies and ensure they are aware of all product capabilities they can be selling to their customers.
Demo products to key stakeholders, both internal and external
Develop workarounds as needed to ensure smooth product launches
Prior experience developing and launching telecoms products is essential
Knowledge of common telecoms OSS/BSS solutions and high-level understanding of how they interact
Expertise developing and writing functional requirements for telecoms products.
Exposure to both engineering and business functions within a telecoms environment
Technical background, likely to hold a BSc in engineering, computer science or similar
