The key focus of this role is to increase our base of residential broadband customers by direct engagement at events and at the prospective customers own premises. You will have your own target to hit which is capped and a team target to hit uncapped. You will initially be running a team of two broadband advisors and your team will grow to a maximum of six reports.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Directly contact all residents on your issued homes listing.
Ensure your team members directly contact all residents on their issued homes listing.
Make appointments to present the company and the product.
Attend appointments and follow the sales process
Conduct accompanied knocking/presentations
Enter orders onto our SOP (Sales Order Process)
Assist in the recruitment of future team members
Attend daily up to CCO meetings and hold daily down to team meetings
Compile daily statistics
Compile monthly statistics
Collaborate closely with other Sales channels, Marketing, Installations and Civils
Be aware of where your team members are at all times
Conduct monthly one to one review with team members
Assist in annual appraisals
Proactive management of customer experience, to ensure that customer delight is nurtured and further cultivated
2+ years of field sales experience
Interested in and confident with technology
Some previous supervisory experience
GCSE Maths & English passes
