Contact Jurassic Fibre using British Sign Language
We’re delighted to inform British Sign Language users can now contact us using a Sign Language interpreter, through the InterpretersLive! Service, provided by Sign Solutions.
The InterpretersLive! service is available on demand and the Jurassic Fibre customer care team are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday between 8am to 5pm.
If an interpreter is not immediately available, you can try again later. Outside of these hours please contact us to pre-book an interpreter, who can be online within 30 minutes.
