Need more minutes? Upgrade your bundle and enjoy instant benefits to your HomePhone, which will be charged in the next billing cycle. If you decide to downgrade your bundle, you will still keep the benefits of your current bundle until the end of the billing cycle. With our £1 boost packages, you can also add 100 minutes to your bundle on the fly with no upper limit. And should you ever need to cancel your HomePhone bundle, rest easy knowing there’s no cancellation charge. All we need is a 30-day notice period, during which your service will remain active.

How do I get HomePhone?

Any new or existing customer has the option to benefit from our HomePhone service. For new customers, it’s as simple as requesting it at the time of placing an order for our broadband service. Existing customers who are already knee-deep in their favourite streamed content thanks to our broadband, can simply request the HomePhone service by contacting our sales team.

For new customers it typically takes 2 weeks, but for existing customers who just want to add HomePhone, it will take 2 working days. Call our customer care team for more details if you need further assistance!

You need to plug your handset’s RJ-11 cable connector to the TEL1 telephone port found at the back of your home router. If you need any assistance with this, our customer care team would be happy to help.

We will need your full name, full address and phone number to be taken and placed on an order form. A Letter of Authority (LOA) will be posted to you, to be hand signed by you and returned to us. This needs to go along with the order form to our partner. On average, it will take about 8-12 days for porting to complete. We’ll give you a temporary number that can be used in the interim, while we do the switchover for you. Don’t cancel your services with your existing provider until the transfer process is complete.

Emergency services accessibility Jurassic Fibre can ONLY offer our HomePhone to customers who confirm that they live in a geographic area where there is a reasonable level of mobile phone coverage. Jurassic Fibre Ltd cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service and that in the event of service outage / power cut, emergency services will not be accessible using Jurassic Fibre HomePhone.
No out of bundle calling Customers are not able to make calls to numbers not listed in their bundle. For that they will have to use alternative methods (e.g. mobile phone). If they use all their minutes, they will need to buy additional minutes, as there are no pay as you go options.
084, 087, 09x not available These special numbers are not available in the bundles, as they have complexities, variations, and a range of access & service charges against them. Often there are alternative numbers available (beginning 01,02,03) that can be used otherwise.
