This offer is available to Residential customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Existing customers can switch to this offer however cannot be used in conjunction with existing offers. The price applies to the specific broadband services listed only and doesn’t include any optional extras such as voice services, which are charged at standard rates.
This offer is available to select until 10am on the 13th of January and cannot be transferred to another account holder once signed up. The price will not increase for 24 months, at which point inflationary increases will be applied. You can cancel at any times giving 30 days’ notice. A credit or debit card is required for sign up and installation is subject to a survey. Your order does not guarantee service.

Receive £25 bill credit through customer referrals in Exmouth
The “More Perks for Your Postcode” promotion allows existing customers to refer new customers in Exmouth and for both referrers and referees to earn £25 bill credit each. Once the new customer’s service is successfully installed, and their account is activated, the £25 bill credit will be added to both the existing and new customer’s accounts within 30 days of new account activation.
This promotion is only valid between 10am on 21st October 2022 and 10am on 21st January 2023. To claim the account credits an existing customer must forward the “More Perks for Your Postcode” email to a person who is not an existing customer of Jurassic Fibre but lives within Exmouth. The recipient must then phone our team on 01392 345600 and quote the unique reference number at the time of purchase to claim the credit.
The referred customer must have access to our network and be able to connect to our service in order for both parties to claim the credit. This promotion can not be redeemed through any other channel. An existing customer within Exmouth can make as many referrals as they want to earn multiple bill credits. If a customer choses to leave Jurassic Fibre, their bill credit will be lost and no refund will be given for the credit they have earned through this promotion. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, Jurassic Fibre reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion. Jurassic Fibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
