Residential Fixed-price Contract – 24 months

Our Fixed-price Contract is a contract for the provision of broadband services listed in which we fix the price payable by you for those service for a defined period (24 months), also called our “Price Promise” and which enables you to upgrade or downgrade between speed tiers during that period.

The broadband services provided to you as part of the Fixed-price Contract are provided to you on our standard terms and conditions (www.jurassic-fibre.com/terms-conditions) which means you are not locked in and can cancel your contract with us on 30 days’ notice without having to pay an early termination charge (although our Price Promise will fall away if you do), and the following offer terms:


Fixed-price Contract – Introductory Offer Terms

  • This Fixed-price Contract offer is available to Residential customers only (Including existing customers wanting to switch) between 10am on 18th January until 10am on the 17th of April 2023 (“Introductory Offer Period”).
  • We agree to waive (not charge) the Fixed-price Contract Installation Fee (£40) for any orders submitted during the Introductory Offer Period (Installation Fees* will be payable for certain Fixed price Contracts entered into after the Introductory Offer Period).
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or transferred to another account holder once accepted by us.
  • The price applies to the specific broadband services listed only and doesn’t include any optional extras such as voice services, which are charged at standard rates and may be subject to change during the 24-month period in accordance with our standard terms.
  • Customers may upgrade or downgrade between the 150mbps, 450 mbps and 950 mbps [fixed price] packages once every 30 days during the 24-month fixed price period at the comparable [fixed] offer price.
  • If you upgrade or downgrade your speed tier, you will pay the relevant package price for the speed tier you move to but will not pay any upgrade or downgrade charges.
  • Our standard conditions of order acceptance and service (including but not limited to serviceability, subject to survey) set out in our standard terms and conditions apply to this offer.

The fixed price period, and service start date, starts on the day we activate your service (services have been installed at your property).

  • If you choose to cancel your Fixed-price contract within the 24-month period you will be required to repay the Installation Fee of £40.
  • on expiry of the Fixed price period, we will continue to charge you the same price as you were paying for the services but the contract will flip to a monthly rolling contract and may be subject to price increase on 30 days’ notice.
  • we reserve the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this offer at any time without notice to you.

* Installation Fees are payable for the installation, configuration and set up of equipment required to provide the Fixed Price Service.

Residential Monthly Rolling Contract

This offer is available to Residential customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Existing customers can switch to this offer however cannot be used in conjunction with existing offers. The price applies to the specific broadband services listed only and doesn’t include any optional extras such as voice services, which are charged at standard rates.

This offer is available to select from 10am on 18th January until 10am on the 17th April 2023. This offer cannot be transferred to another account holder once signed up. The monthly price charged is subject to change with 30 days’ notice. You can cancel at any times giving 30 days’ notice. Customers are able to upgrade or downgrade between the 150 mbps and 450 mbps packages once every month at no charge. If you upgrade or downgrade your speed tier, you will pay the relevant package price for the speed tier you move to but will not pay any upgrade or downgrade charges.

We agree to waive (not charge) the Installation Fee (£40) for any orders submitted during the Introductory Offer Period (Installation Fees* will be payable for certain Contracts entered into after the Introductory Offer Period).

Your contract starts from the first day of active connection to your property or package change . A credit or debit card is required for sign up and installation is subject to a survey. Your order does not guarantee service.

To qualify for this offer customers must be in a serviceable area at the time of the order being placed Installation subject to survey. Service is subject to availability. Accepting your order does not guarantee service. On deactivation hardware installed will remain in place. Jurassic Fibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

Business Promotion – 24 Months

This offer is only available to new business customers through Jurassic Fibre or via an approved reseller of our business broadband (a.k.a. GPON). Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Offer applies to business broadband services only and not DIA. Offer does not include any optional extras such as voice service which are charged at standard rates, which can be found on our website. This offer is limited to a 24 month period and is only available for your business to purchase until 10am on 17th April 2023. This offer cannot be transferred to another business. Retaining this discounted rate requires a business to stay current on bill payments, and offer may be withdrawn for late payment of bills. The price shown above is guaranteed not to increase during the 24 month period at which point the end of offer price will apply. Upgrade or downgrade once every month at no change. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If a business cancels after the close date of the offer, they cannot resume this offer and must instead choose from whatever offers are available at the time they return. More Perks for your Postcode Promotion – Receive £50 bill credit through customer referrals in the same town

The “More Perks for Your Postcode” promotion allows existing customers who receive the “More Perks for Your Postcode” email to refer new customers in the same town (as specified in the email) and for both referrers and referees to earn £50 bill credit each.

Once the new customer’s service is successfully installed, and their account is activated, the £50 bill credit will be added to both the existing and new customer’s accounts within 30 days of new account activation. This promotion is only valid between 10am on 13th February 2023 and 10am on 12th May 2023.

To claim the account credits an existing customer must forward the “More Perks for Your Postcode” email to a person who is not an existing customer of Jurassic Fibre but lives within the same town. The recipient must then phone our team on 01392 345600 and quote the unique reference number at the time of purchase to claim the credit. This promotion can not be redeemed through any other channel.

An existing customer in receipt of the “More Perks for Your Postcode” email can make as many referrals as they want to earn multiple bill credits. If a customer choses to leave Jurassic Fibre, their bill credit will be lost and no refund will be given for the credit they have earned through this promotion.

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, Jurassic Fibre reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion. Jurassic Fibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

Prize Draw Rules – ND Hospicare rugby ramble

Participants must reside in the UK and be aged 18 or over. This prize draw is NOT open to employees or agencies of Jurassic Fibre Limited or anyone else connected professionally to this prize draw. By entering this prize draw you will be deemed to be bound by, and have accepted these terms and conditions.

You will automatically be entered into the prize draw when you submit your contact details via the prize draw entry form. Only one submission per person will be accepted.

All entries must be submitted via the prize draw entry form (https://www.getfeedback.com/r/D3PlEpSP/) by 23:59 on Sunday 19th of March 2023. Entries submitted beyond this point will not be counted. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by a computer process by 21st of March 2023.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical, malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value or higher value if the circumstances change beyond the Promotor’s control making it necessary to do so. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries, refuse to award the prize or cancel a prize already awarded to anyone who is in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promotor also reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered or provided.

The winner will be notified via the email address or telephone number provided by the applicant in its entry by 22nd of March 2023 and given details of how to claim their prize. If the winners do not claim their prize within 7 days of being notified of their win, the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (without further notice). The decision of the Promotor in respect of any aspect of the prize draw shall be final and binding, including the selection of the winner, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promotor must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promotor will send surname and County of the winner, and copy of their winning entry to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Marketing Department, Jurassic Fibre, Milford House, Pynes Hill, Exeter EX2 5AX (enclosing a self-addressed stamped envelope) within one month after the closing date of the draw.

By entering this promotion, you agree for Jurassic Fibre to promote your win on Jurassic Fibre’s website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes strictly relating to the prize draw.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as necessary to administer and give effect to the terms of the prize draw as set out in the Promotor’s privacy policy (www.jurassic-fibre.com/privacy-policy).

In so far as permitted by law, the Promotor, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result or taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This competition will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.
