As a thank you to the community for the continued support on our collective journey, we’ve put together a community scheme for a service to village halls as part of our build programme. With the outdated, unreliable copper networks in the South West, many areas struggle to maintain broadband speeds of 10Mbps, which is where our service comes into play.
You can sign up for 12 months of ultrafast fibre broadband with speeds of up to 300Mbps, making slow downloads and buffering, rightfully, a thing of the past. By replacing the old Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) connections and installing Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) connections, homes and businesses in your community will be able to enjoy ultrafast fibre broadband like never before.
With new broadband provisions, your village hall can open its doors for larger events. There’s no obligation to sign up for an extended period, and with a bit of community support towards our promotion, the package will be free for 12 months. In most cases, installation will be free - subject to survey - and if you choose to return to your existing supplier after the free period, we would simply come and remove our equipment at no extra charge.

Keeping everyone in the know is going to be essential for us to introduce our ultrafast fibre broadband with minimal disruption. With your continued support and constant communication, we will be able to not only keep you updated on our progress, but also hear of your concerns as the build continues.
For work to commence, we will begin to introduce short-term road closures with limited access as our team dig up roads and install fibre. All temporary road closures are available to you to monitor on one network, and our team is always ready to listen and address your concerns, should you have any. So please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
As we build, we’ll continue to comply with all relevant legislations - such as National Joint Utilities Group (NJUG) & Highways Authorities & Utilities Committee (HAUC) - and follow the rights granted to us under the Electronic Communications Code 2003.
